The sauna is open to both camping guests, visitors to Trysil and locals.

When you book the sauna you also reserve exclusive access to the Icebath in the river (as long as the Ice is safe to enter).

The sauna is booked "per hour" and is then reserved exclusively for you and your "group". There is firewood available to keep the heat up.

There is no need to arrive more than 5 minutes before the booked time - then the sauna is either busy or not fully heated.

THE PRICE APPLIES TO THE ENTIRE SAUNA - I.e. regardless of the number of people (max. 10).

Everyone must wear swimwear and/or a towel inside the sauna. In winter, there is no drainage in the sauna, which means that it is not allowed to have water, snow or anything else on the sauna stove itself.

In winter, it takes about 90 minutes to heat up the sauna. This means that it must be booked no later than approx. 2 hours before the desired arrival.

Note! We especially want to point out that the ice hole may be closed for safety reasons - such as too thin ice on the river. A closed ice hole does not entitle you to a refund for sauna rental.
